What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, company, trade, crew count), the operational data you enter (leads, customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, crews) and files you upload such as job-site photos. We also collect basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide the platform, generate the reports and AI recommendations you request, support your account, and secure the service. We do not sell your data and we do not use your customer lists for advertising.
AI processing
When you use Photo Estimate or Property Intelligence, the relevant photo or address is sent to an AI model gateway to produce a result that is returned to your account. Do not upload material you are not permitted to share with a processor.
Processors
We rely on managed cloud hosting, a managed database and authentication provider, and an AI model gateway. Each processes data only to deliver the service. A current list is available on request.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation. You can request an export or immediate deletion at any time and we will action it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
We use cookies and local storage strictly to keep you signed in and remember interface preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will notify account owners by email before the change takes effect.
