Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for the users you invite, and for keeping credentials secure. You must be authorized to act for the business you register.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Trials run 14 days without a card. Upgrades and downgrades prorate. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 30 days unless required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use Operiq to store unlawful content, to attempt to access another account's data, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access without a written agreement.
AI output
Estimates, measurements, pricing suggestions and recommendations produced by Operiq AI are advisory drafts. You are responsible for verifying them before quoting, scheduling or contracting. Operiq is not liable for decisions made on unverified AI output.
Your data
You own the data you enter. We hold a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service for you. You can export it at any time.
Availability
We work to keep Operiq available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on standard plans. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from your billing page. Access continues to the end of the paid period and your data remains retrievable for 30 days afterward.
Changes to these terms
We will notify account owners by email before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
